On Sunday, coinciding with Oleksandriya City Day, a ceremony was held to honor the silver medalists of the 2024/25 Ukrainian Premier League season — FC Oleksandriya.
Medals were presented to the players, coaches, management, and staff by Ievhen Dykyi, President of the Ukrainian Premier League, Maksym Stepanenko, UPL Sporting Director, and Ihor Dedyshyn, Technical Director of the Ukrainian Association of Football.
For the first time in history, a club from outside a regional capital has finished second in the Ukrainian Championship standings. Previously, only clubs from Kyiv, Dnipro, Donetsk, Odesa, and Kharkiv had achieved second place.
The Ukrainian Premier League sincerely congratulates FC Oleksandriya on this remarkable achievement, wishing the club continued success, exciting matches, unforgettable emotions, and a strong performance in the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League!
